vochay sends review-request text messages to the customers of the businesses that use our service. This page summarizes how that messaging program works. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You receive these messages because the business that served you collected your consent to be texted at the point of service. Each business is responsible for obtaining that consent before any message is sent. vochay only enrolls customers acquired after a business starts using the service — we do not message historical or "past" contacts.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts — you'll get one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly or vochay at the address below.
Opt-outs take effect promptly, so the business you opted out of won't re-enroll you. We process any revocation of consent within ten (10) business days, consistent with the TCPA.
We use your phone number only to send these messages on the business's behalf and to record whether you clicked the review link. We do not sell your information or your opt-in data. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
